EDIT it seems to be a bug in AWS API Gateway.
Ability to hook pulumi lifecycle would be awesome now because the only way I can fix this permanently, is to create a new VPCLink first, reatach and only after that remove the old one.microscopic-afternoon-22702

it seems like it gets ignored. I added <http://pulumi.info|pulumi.info>
statements to ensure that my pulumi.export
functions are being called and they are. I also logged one of the values I'm exporting via value.apply(lambda x: <http://pulumi.info|pulumi.info>(x))

if there is no value associated. I’m seeing an issue where "ipv6CidrBlock": ""
then causes pulumi preview
to complain that "" is not a valid CIDR block: invalid CIDR address
